Ultrasound Today

Today Rachel, Grace and I went to the ultrasound to see how our little one is doing. Everything is going great and the baby looks to be doing really well. We also found out with some certainty that we are going to be having another little girl.  So that is really good news!!!

They posted the results online for the tri that I did last saturday.
Overall placement: 198/433
Age group: 19/31
 1/2 mile Swim: 18:59
1st transition: 2:19
18 mile bike: 54:28 (19.8mph average)
2nd transition: 52 seconds
5 mile run: 43:46 (8:46 split per mile)
 Total time: 2 hours, 22 seconds.
 Overall I am very stoked.

Perfect Saturday . . .09/06/2008
